DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT OF Rs 40/- WITHOUT MY CONSENT

Today i got a message on my BSNL Prepaid No 9417569198 from MIMOBITV (554471040) stating "THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING ALL CHANNELS/WeekRs.40/Week". On checking my BSNL account a sum of Rs 40/- has been deducted. Immediately I send a message to 55447 for unsubscription.
It is pertinent to mention that, the subscription has been done by MIMOBITV without my consent. MIMOBITV had never contacted me for the said subscription, instead they deducted the amount. This in in gross violation of the rules and regulations.
Request you to kindly direct MIMOBITV to refund the deducted amount (Rs 40) back to my mobile account at the earliest and stop harassing subscribers like me in future.
