Corruption and lack of service

I have applied for power supply connection and meter 4 months back. After completion of my construction i have called the power supply people who has to give the connection. I have called them again and again for 10 days, even though they didn't came and give the connection. When i call them, every time they used to say that they are busy even though they are enough free. Finally, i put leave to my duties on loss of pay and went to their office in Rampally village, Keesara Mandal. Then they came and given the connection and meter without box. After my request for box, they charged RS 150/- (illegal) and RS 100/- for connection withoutt any receipt. Kindly please take action on the guy (Name: Gouse). I lost the duty loss of pay amount (1200) and illegal amout (250) ang got lot of irritation and mental pressre with this guy.
