NOT SOLVED PROBLEM OF DIFFECTED TYRES

Dear Sir,

I Am Shimbhu Dayal Kumhar from shahpura having fleet of 60 commercial haevy tucks, i am reguraly coustmer of apollo tyre, i bought miniume 100 tyres in a month, but now i m getting problems with apollo tyres, here is some diffecte in tyres, when we contact to reparsantive in apollo tyres then we can't get solustion from them, i buy a tyre AMAR DELUXE 16PR, tyre no -A24550 dated on 11 jan

in this tyre the bid broke in the tyre 5 place, we got this type of diffect in many tyres, but when we claim the tyres in apollo tyres then servies engnieer Mr, Shailendra Singh Jain told us that the diffect is ring failure, so pls advice us what to do, we are in very bad troubble, pls Do needfull ASAP,

We Are In Lot of hpoe,
