Barbarian Power Gym

I and my wife joined the Barbarian Power Gym in April. We have taken one year member ship by paying full amount of Rs 15, 000. We hardly went one month. Now since more then one month the Gym is closed without any notice. So many times I called up to Barbarian Gym number which is given on the website, but I every time no one has picked up the phone. I sent number of messages to those numbers but i did not get any satisfactorily answer. When I wrote that i will go to consumer court and police then these people start sending me threatening messages. So now I am putting this issue on consumer forum so I can help others
