No effects as promised

I did not lose even 1" and even 1 kg at Body Care Hyderabad. I have paid Rs. 24, 900/- about 2 months back. I have attended about 15 sessions. They take weight before and after the sessions. After one session, it was showing that I lost about 500-700 gms, but after two days (following their diet plan/exercise), I have put on more weight than before.

When I complained, they've asked me to further reduce my intake and asked me to do more jogging, crunches and cardio along with brisk walking.

My family members and friends laughed at me and showed reviews of Body Care Delhi, Vishakapatnam wherein everybody complained that Body Care is a bogus institution and advised not to go.

With my experience, I am also advising gullible people like me to stay away from Body Care. They don't even give a refund.
