ICC credit world cup telecast

I want to complaint as to why is the ICC Criket World cup telecasted on every sports channel on TV. Why isn't football telecasted for people who want to football matches. Cricket matches are telecasted on Starsports and on ESPN as well when there are live football macthes going on. We have to watch cricket with no option. WHY IS THER SOO MUCH PARCIALITY..!!
