Faulty tread mill from fitness world

Had purchased fully electronic tread MILL from fitness world at ishanya home town in sept but within one year one of its electronic part failed and the machine stopped working. We gave a complaint to shri amit 9822966649 (who looks after the service) who came to my house and after checking he said that we will have to pay rs 4000 for the respective part and he charged us rs 300 for the visit. I again visited ishanya mall and met this person and also had an argument with him stating that I have already spent rs 40000/- For the machine and instead of giving us proper maintenance service he was very arrogant with me. I also told him that time that I would give a complaint to customer service cell of ishanya mall but there was no effect on him, instead he replied that I was welcome to do so. I tried to repair it from outside but that part is not available anywhere and nobody can repair it. Now my machine worth 40000 is lying as it is, for the past one and half year and I cannot use it also. I have also given complain to customer service cell of ishanya mall but of no use. I have also given live footage complaint to customer service cell of at home but of no use. Again I contacted shri amit and said that I am ready to pay rs 5000/- Because shri amit is now saying that the part is now costing rs 5000/- But now that person for the last seven months is saying that the company has stopped making this part and the main branch of fitness well which is at noida is not taking any heed of the complaints given by customers and I do not have any idea how to handle the customers. Does this mean that now my machine worth rs 40000 is going to be in the same status and I will not get any justice for the same. I am working person and this rs 40000 is a huge amount for me. Kindly look into the matter and give some positive result on this. Now I think only grahakseva.Com can help a customer like me and no one.
