Jonex Sports Rackets
Bad Quality Product

I purchased two maxpower badminton rackets of jonex worth Rs. 600/- each. just before 14 days from one of the sports showroom in borivali, Mumbai. Me and my sister played it for around 6-7 times max. and that too with feather cock, not a plastic one. And one of the rackets has broken and the other is on the verge of breaking. I am sure that I did not bang any of the rackets anywhere as I personally use it. And Jonex promises to deliver quality products. So I have a doubt about that. I was recommended about Jonex rackets by my friends and so I bought it. But I am highly dissatisfied with your quality. Just 14 days and one of them is already broken while I am sure about the second one too. What has to be done now? Why should I suffer because of you?

I should get a compensation for my loss.
