Worst ticket delivery for IPL MATCH, Indore

We have purchased tickets online for IPL match.organisers declared they will provide ticket on 11 th and 12th may from basketball complex.oh my god it was worst experience of my life for any ticket.we stood for 4 hrs.in hot weather with dry throat, as if we have been punished why u have purchased ticket online.my work, patients appointment all were disturbed. I promise will not participate in any IPL match and motivate people not to waste their money. I am afraid my kids will be going to see match, whether they will be safe?
