Unsubscribe cricket service

I have complained so many times to unsubscirbe from cricket service (SMS service). It is not being done. Every month, my prepaid account is getting charged Rs 20. Please unsubscribe ASAP. My mobile is 9480212291. If not done, I will switch over to other phone company on Jan 1st.
