I am a customer of telephone number (033) 2685-2600. It is going on dead since 3rd October '10. My complaint # is U6678.

Prior to this incident, subject telephone was also gone through dead form 13-09-10 and was got repaired on 27th (i.e., after a gap to 15 days.

Request to please look into the matter at the earliest on toppriority as my father of 92, my telephone is very essential.
