Deducted amount

Dear Sir,

I have recharged my phone 8103766539 of Rs 50/ on 16 oct and on the next 17 oct Rs 30/- have been deducted from the recharged amount. We have made complaint to your customer care center everyday. But in response they said they were updating system and from my phone 8103766539. they were not giving any response for whole week . i think phone call was blocked. and on 27 oct when contacted by another cell phone. They said that after 7 days we cannot refund the money. Now tell this justified on the one hand your customer care not attending call and when informed by another cell phone they are reply that we cannot refund the amount. The money loss to me, how will u justify and how i will have faith on the part of your company. cheating the people by deducting money without any my fault. i

it is requested that my amount may resolved immediately and refunded to my account.
