I have registered for Do Not Disturb Services with Airtel on 15th Feb and even today I'm getting messages from Airtel. I have complained about this to Airtel for more than 15 times and every time I complain they will send me a complaint number and promise a date by which my problem will be solved. I have written to TRAI also but my problem has not solved. Recently one of the VAS pack has been activated and Rs 20 has been deducted. When I had complained to Airtel, they promised mw that they will solve the problem within 3 working days. Their way of answering was also very rude and they suddenly hanged the phone saying Thanku for calling Airtel. I request the concerned authorities to take action against the operators who are illegally making money by activating VAS packs without the permission from the customer.
