Dectuction in balance

Hello sir,

I am using airtel number since from 1yr nd i have also another number since from 8yrs. airtel co. has cheating with their delicate customers. today at around 8:20pm there is a dectution from my account of Rs15 nd it has happn so many times. i am really get frustuated from ur services. i also called at customer care 2times bt no response i got from there. nd 1 ruppe was also dectucted.

finaly i want full amont of rs 16 in my phone...

if u refuse to do so i have to knock the door of consumer court. and put a case of mentally harasement nd cheating with the customers
