Deduction of account balance

Dear Sir/Madam,

Rs. 5/- is deducted each day from my balance due to subscription of Hungama Pack. The service is not being unsubscribed in spite of repeated request, Till date i have lost Rs 250 . My mobile no is 8756478707.
