BSNL land line No. 01442881529 was used to run with so low level ear phone voice to listen to hard. On complaint the technical engineers could not rectify the fault but we are advised to shut down celling fan to try to listen the running phone calls.

Any way the said phone was dead but internet running from last six months but bill is continued with zero calls consumed.

From last month internet also dead, so many complaints are there but result is zero with computerized response that you are in Q please wait...
