Asianet cable
Complaint not solved

I had called the asianet customer care and registered a complaint on 24th october. They told it would be repaired on 25th morning. I called them thrice again and they didn't do any action till today (29th october). The agency is not even taking the telephone when called so registered it indirectly through customer care. They will come on time to collect the cash and it is up to date. I need right judgement for this.
