Cannot recharge

Dear sir,

My Mobile No is 9867452006.

I have taken top of voucher of Rs.60 from a genral store of Airtel (Mumbai circle) to recharge on 10.11.2007. but could not recharge till 14.11.2007. and every time I contact the coustemer service and they always says that wait for 24 hours and your service will start, but this series is going on and they could could not help me to recharge the voucher. and 2 time thev also given me a request no on 10.11.2007 No .1110656863 and on 12.11.2007. No. 1112654553. now I am helpless and my balance is only 1 Rs. so i can not call any body. Please help me.
