I am airtel prepaid customer. I am facing lot of problems with this connection. They are deducting the amount from my balance without any reason. Recently they have deducted Rs. 100/- from my balance and started sending cricket alerts. But I have not subscribed for cricket alerts. I am preparing for examinations now. These cricket alerts causing disturbance for my studies. I sent so many messages to disconnect the alerts, but no use. I tried to cantact customer care service executive, but I couldn't succeed in getting the answer. So my sicere request dont take airtel connection.
