Network issue more then 1 yea

Hi,

my problem is that we did not find any network as soon as we enter in my flat.

because of this network issue, i face so many problems in my life that i can not express in words.

I have registered a complaint against this after so many try on the phone, but no reponse on my complaint still 7 months has passed away.

also the customer care people of vodafone are so rude they do not even listen what a customer saying

and behave very inresponsive . i can give two names to whom i talk today Ram and hemant.

if any thing can be done on my complaint, appreciated.
