Hi,

One more time an incident of CHEATING/FRAUD by IDEA. Again Rs. 99 deducted by IDEA for nothing. This has happened when the previous issue of Rs. 50 deduction on 22nd July 12 is not resolved yet. Now on 28th July'12 Rs99 gets deducted from my account balance for number 9911037468 for nothing. There was no request nothing but when I check with customer care, again they render a deaf ear and say that the charge has been done by computer and they can't tell for what. for this I can only say what can they tell if they themselves are forcing such fraudulent activity and CHEATING consumers.

Request the forum to get the case resolved from IDEA. this is really frustrating and if not resolved then there is no other option then to stop using the services.
