PREPAID RECHARGE OR REFUND NOT RECEIVED

Respected Sir,

I, Mr Hitesh k solanki was trying to recharge my videocon mobile online, by using sbi internet banking, i have made transaction for the recharge of rs 59 from the Avenues India PVT. LTD... the company has done fraud as i havent got any recharge nor i got refund. I have contacted Videocon mobile service first they have told me that your recharge has been done then after they have told me that you are being cheated as this co. has not being given any authority for recharge.

Ref no of my payment is INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd CCA11EAZI965IG51542789 TRANSFER TO 30993845637 AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE 59.00 . So tell me who is responsible for this Neither videocon co is not providing any recharge or refund nor Avenues India PVT LTD.

Please take any action against this kind of service provider. Do the need ful in this matter.
