Non crediting of recharged amount Rs.202

Sir,

I had recharged my CDMA mobile (9342835256) with Rs. 202/- on 16/11 through www.Paytm.com vide order No. 8979853. Unfortunately the amount is not credited in my mobile account balance. The amount of Rs.202/- is debited from my SBM Malavalli bank account No. 64028223124 and is credited in INB Avenues India Pvt Ltd A/c No. 64069017179 on 16/11 I have sent many e-mails to care@paytm.com but there was no response. I have contacted Reliance customer care services and they said no recharge has been done for your mobile 9342835256 on 16/11/11

Therefore I humbly request you look into the matter and help to credit the amount to either paytm cash or SBM Malavalli SB A/c No.64028223124 at the earliest
