No recharge

Sir, i am abinash routray.i recharged rs110 through ayk 24pay system in dlf cyber greens, gurgaon.but my south aircel number (07401466084) did'nt get recharged.its been 7 days, i am trying to get my problem solved.but the customer care executives of the company are not responding to me.even they are not obeying the trai rules as they are not providing complain no.even i have given an alternative delhi (09560794352) no to recharge, but stil they are avoiding to get my problem solved.please help me sir, and if possible stop this company from doing fraud.thank you.
