Call Drop Due To Network Problem

Call Drop Found (60 to 90)%, but company replied DOT with wrong information. Previous network report which shows problem gonna removed & always asking for a new netowrk survey in which Ericsson officers found problem but denied to accept as saying this building is not mention in complaint even it is same place mention while lodging complaints. Ericsson officers Mr. Amit Sharma missusing authorities provided by Ericsson in favour of customer by using it in favour of company's benefit, evidences against the same which can prove facts had been retained by customer.
