Non sense SMS

I am Kishore Kumar and my mobile number is 9818759676. On 7th July I received a SMS from TD-Bajaj telling thanks for the loan. I was shocked to know when I have never taken any loan. When I contacted the Bajaj Finance Customer Care, they said it is just bulk sms and IGNORE them. Today on 2nd Aug I have again received sms from TD-Bajaj for emi-installment payment.

I am confused and want to know WHOM to complaint whether police or any complaint cell for such grievances.
