Theft and cheating!

My Mobile Number is 9892640284. On 19 Dec without my concern I was subscribed to Value Pack 99 & the amount INR 99 was deducted from my balance. I have complained the same to AIRTEL three times from 21 Dec to 25 Dec on the number 121 and I was told that I will be credited the deducted amount. But still now I have not received the same.
The above action by the Bharti Airtel shows that the company is doing the theft from its customers. We have decided to discontinue the 10 to 12 mobile service from Airtel along with my family members& relatives.
