Balance deduction

My cell no is 9021207130. I have activated 1ps/sms pack on my sim. And it gets auto renewed after every 30 days. I receive sms of validity expiration from service provider. But I have not received any sms. And Rs. 1.50/sms getting deducted from my balance. I have sent 8 sms today. When spoken to customer care (Vijay and his senior Iqbal Shaikh) they said that it will take 24 hrs for auto renewal and sms will charge Rs 1.50/sms. They are accepting this is technical issue but they cant refund my amount. Also I my call to customer care last for 24 minutes. It costs me Rs. 4. Please take necessary action and tell them to refund my amount
