I had taken a 3G Internet pack of Rs.5 for 50MB till midnight from my service provider, Tata Docomo yesterday 03/08 at around 1 pm. I had recently bought a new phone and was eager to test the 3G connectivity. I had a balance ranging in between rs.300 to 400. I can't recall the exact amount but i have requested a detailed bill. So, i was downloading a file and was disconnecting my data at regular intervals to get on screen notifications (from docomo) about the data i had left on my account. So, i had stopped downloading when i had around 10 MB remaining so as not to incur extra charges. But, after midnight i recieved another notification saying that data session usage: 0.00kb data session charges: rs. 0.00 Account Balance: rs. 19.41!!! I called up customer care and the man explained to me i had exceeded my data usage, so i told him about the notifications i recieved in between and how i had stopped at 10 MB. So, his reply to me was and i quote "Sue me... ". That is indeed what i am planning to do.
