On 3rd August at 7:43 pm i am receiving a text message

"Hi! You have subscribed to Mitti Ke Rang service. Dial 543344 to enjoy lokgeet, filmi music, jokes and more @Rs 30 for 30 Days. To Stop this service, call 155223 (Tollfree). Bal Rs.73.32 at 03-Aug-12 18:31PM"

MY BALANCE IS 103.32 Rs but after deduction its only 73.32 Rs...

After receving this message i spoke to Docomo Services Center and he said we will give you only 20 Rs Back...

what the hell i am paying to docomo when docomo gives me this type of low quality service and more importantly docomo services executives disconnects my call before even listening my problem... Then immediately the service was stopped but my money was not refunded.

If my money can't be refunded then please let me know the procedure for port the sim...
