Dear Sir,

Our Telephone # 28510563 registered in the name of Barun Bharadwaj, is DEAD since May 30, complaint # 61.

I have personally visited BSNL office, Udayanagar on June 2 and complained to Mr. Babu, Chief Ex Engineer, who promised it would be rectified with immediate effect. Till date the phone continues to be DEAD.

I have tried reaching your customer service helpline # 1800-180-1500 several times during the last week with NO AVAIL... because nobody picks up the call...

I wish to take an extra liberty to advise BSNL to STOP the ONLINE Complaint service, as NO ONE responds to the toll free #.

Appreciate your immediate action in the matter.
