Notcollecting the modem

Hi,

I, Ankit have issue's for ur service, i had cancled the conection before 2 month's i had call in coustomer care but they are not taking ur modem, money wchich u guys taking in advance, when i call they take my compline but not redy to come and collect the modem, i m calling after ever 7 day's but they are not taking seriously,

I, hope after my thise small letter u will take an action,
