Auto activation and renew of FHM@5

Dear sir

once before i complaint about the FHM@5 service from airtel, which automatically activated in my number 7894724869 .and it again activated and keep renewed everyday when i recharged with some baance and tend to deduct rupees 5 for each renewed when i ask the care about this they just told me that they stop this service but it keep renewed, when i again ty to contact airtel c care they try to get rid of me i don't know what to do? as i said before they activated this service in my number but due to complaining here they sotp this service recently ..but now they give some request ref. no. and wait for some days by which how much 5 rupees i will lost i don't know so please help me by stopping the service immediately.my number is 7894724869
