Hello sir i was using aircel for last 8 years i have a problem in the service and i was trying to solve it for last 5 month but i was not able to do so

even in the headoffice i doesnt get any good response

i doesnt activate any offer but i was charged for that

in local centers they r telling that "they r only to collect the bill amount and for further details contact headoffice"

in head office they r telling to "post complaint through online "

i really doesnt know than for what they r sitting there.
