NO incoming outgoing calls

Respected Sir,

I am a second year MBA student at Sri sathya sai institute of higher learning prashanthinilayam, puttaparthi Andhrapradesh. I brought an Airtel sim on 22 march. I had submitted my Local Residential certificates Duly signed by the authorities my Pan Card Issued by the central government my college Identity card and my Andhra Pradesh Road transport corporation Bus Pass issued at Vijayawada when i was doing my B.COM at Andhra Loyola College. The number was Rightly working for 10 days then they asked me to submit the same documents again they reopened the blocked incoming outgoing. but now again they have blocked my incoming and outgoing leading to lot of problems for me i request you to look into the matter so as to solve it. I dont know what is happening and why they don't accept the residential certifiacte issued by the university and the pan card issued by the central government. I Request you to look into the matter so that it is solved as soon as possible.
