Charging Excess

Dear Sirs, I have been using the attached number from the past 4 years, last month I have converted my number to post paid from pre paid, I which they have charged 15, 000/-(Fifteen thousand Rupees) Extra as platinum number, I have also registered a complain No: "41487851" at Airtel Customer Care on 09.01. Then they call on to my number and asked to pay only call charges amount waving off the extra charges, after paying they are asking me to pay again Rs 15, 000/-, From this people I have completely lost my communication from past 20 days, This people are misguiding the public and cheating us. If possible please help us.
