Unreasonable cell charge - Airtel, free website solicited call

I received a call on my cell phone (Airtel pre-paid) from Airtel for registering up a free web site hosting for the boardband service.

The caller walked through how to register the free website on my cell phone. (call received)

At the end of call (solicited), I was charged Rs. 32.00 on my pre-paid mobile phone.

This is an unreasonable charge on a phone call received. This is a total exploitation customer rights. And I am disputing this charge. I want get refund the same charge.

Though I have written compliant to 121@airtel.in, there is no refund so far.
