Huge balance deduction

IMPORTANT: My mobile no. is 9501612888. I too agree with the automatic balance deductions airtel is accused of. I am not interested in any of the value added services of airtel but I am frequently charged rs.5-15 unnecessarily with the message 'you have been charged rs.5 for activating the '%%' service'. But on 23rd May the problem became serious when I was surfing facebook on mobile internet and I received a message that 'You have been charged rs.65 for downloading java game from airtel. But actually no file was downloaded on my phone. On contacting customer care, I was told that the money cant be refunded because it was purchased by me and it was not due to airtel service. Yesterday I recharged my phone with Rs.200 and received 179 rs. Today when I saw my balance, it was reduced to rs 78.My 100 rs. were deducted unnecessarily. I can't afford to lose so much money. Please try to return my money as soon as possible.
