Prepaid amount balance swindled

SirMadam, TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN
On 29.12.09 I recharged my mobile for an amount of Rs.202/- I had earlier balance of Rs145.00 totalling to Rs347.00.On 1.1.10 evening while trying to contact my friends to wish them, I was shocked that I got only Rs0.46Ps only available.
On saturday I contacted ur customer service dept. from your Arcot Road showroom office. I didnt get a proper response from your office to find out the reason. Of late when I contacted by dialling 121, I was told that I spoke to your service people No 56263 which in no way correct. First of all I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ANY OF YOUR SERVICE DEPT PEOPLE. 2. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THAT NO.3.FREQUENTLY I GET YOUR SERVICE MSG BY SMS WHICH I NEVER USE.
on Saturday when I spoke to one Mr. Vinod from your office I was promised that I will get the refund in full on 5.01.10 at 6.00PM.But so far I have not got any amount to my mobile.
On 6.01.10 while talking from your show room office to your Santhome office one representative by name Ms. Uma who gave me the recklessand arrogant reply and flatly refusing to refund the amount of Rs.347.00.
I have been penalised by your office for no fault of mine. Will you please look into the matter and arrange to give the refund.
