Cheating customers

We purchased airtel sim card in some mobile phone shop submitting passport copy as ID proof and one address proof document. After a month they blocked SIM without any intimation.

We enquired at Airtel show room directly near BTM layout and they told we have not submitted documents and that SIM was booked in some one else false document.

We re submitted all the documents at the show room only on that day.

Again after one week they stopped again we went same showroom again they say we have not submitted documents at all...

carelessness of Airtel wasted my time and i got disoppointed with this andi decided not to buy airtel sim any more... Kindly advice is these kind of mistakes forgivable??
