Not responding Properly

Dear Concerned,

We Pleasant Moments a company having 7 Airtel Connection all over our offices and branches. For one of Land Line connection was required to shift from ITPL to Koramangala (080 - 40963017), we had given a request for the same twice in the month of June (Request No : 19485 dated 25/Jul) but so far no action has been taken. But continually Airtel customer care people calling us for asking bills outstanding payments. We strictly said that we have give a request to shift the connection, do it we will pay it. Even for the reason only two months (July, August, months dues have been waived off from Airtel)

Today suddenly I have receive a mail from Airtel as follows:

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT

There is a outstanding due of Rs 3726 /-on your Airtel Landline number 08040963017_kk The payment has been not recieved for the same till date. Hence the case has been moved to our soliciaters and a Lok adalat notice has been iniciated on 5th Feb at the Court Deputy Registrar, 2nd Floor, City Civil Court Complex, Behind Kaveri Bhavan, Bangalore- 560 009 On 27th FEB. between : 11 am to 3.30 pm for amicable settlement of the above mentioned acount.

The notice has been despatched to your billing address. Hence request you to take the notice and appear in the court on the above mentioned date.

This is leading us to terminate all our remaining Land Line connection immediately. We do not want to keep relation ship with these kind company, which is not doing it duty in time and putting blame on customer.
