Deduction of balance

Everytime i recharge my my airtel number. my balance is deducted automatically.i dont use airtel for makin calls and sms. but still i have .25 balance now.thi sis not the first time. My balance gets deducted almost every time. and d customor care dosnot give appropriate help with tis So i have stopped calling the customer care.
