NO response on my request from past one month

Sir,

I want to take your attention and do something on my request. My name is Ankur Malla and I am based in Sec 41 . Noida.

I had to file a complaint against Bharati Airtel for not responding my calls and giving me wrong commitments. My Airtel landline was not activated and when I make them the request to activate the number on 20th September they told me initially that it will get activated. I am calling them every alternative day and there are lots of excuses. Because of them my work got stuck up and I was effected mentally. I had number of calls to them which they are charging. I want to understand why and till when a common or middle class person has to suffer. Whom he should contact?

I have hope that with the help of this media, I can get some justice or compensation of my work which I had lost from last 1 month. P;lease help me.
