Regarding changing of plan

This is again reminder to my previous complaint which has not been solved yet.. My mobile number is 9944624463.. Still they did not change my mobile plan and everytime the customer service man is asking me a due date of 1 day but it took more than 4 weeks but they did not change the plan on my mobile number.. They dont ever keep up their words.. Really i am very much upset towards their service. Very bad..
