I am unable to use my sim from last one week

My sim was disconnected from docomo on 25 of may i changed from docomo to airtel but airtel people are not interested to activat my sim... i wanna know the reason and i wanna file a complaint against them . i have missed a lot of interview calls because of their laziness .please take a sever action on airtel and please get my sim activated.my number is (9866860805)
