Deactivation of card without notice

I had been using a card (9998702999) since the last 3-4 years. The last recharge done on this card was in the month of Feb and this was a life time validity card. To my surprise this card was deacivated in the month of April without my consent. As I have worked in that industry for a period of 4 years I know that they cannot issue any card pre 90 days of deactivation.

Request you kindly help me in getting this card to me as I have given this number to many of my clients.
