The complaint is regarding online mobile recharge.

I thushar v john with mobile no. 9769292204 had recharged online for a amount Rs 205/- .

Then i got a message on my mobile saying the recharge amount is not correct and my recharge was not done and my acc was deducted the above amount. then i tried calling the customer care and twice my call was disconnected with out giving a solution pl help me..
