Asked for bill copy

I had been using Air trl cell no-9987540277 for 05 years. Initially I was not getting my Airtel bills on time, I had compalined several times but still i Havent getting my bills. Atlast I gave standing instruction to charge my cell phone bills to my credit card. Last month's billod Rs493.00 was not paid by my bank because my credit card was upgraded and the credit card dept did not updated that info to airtel, due to some miscommunication. I had been recieving calls from airtel collection dept since last two week three time aday asking for that bill, and I was intorrogated like a criminal for that amount. I informed them give me some time to contact my bank for the same. but still ia hd been harrased for the amount, i asked for a esclation team manager my call was kept on hold for 30mins and 38 sec for the first time and then i called several times i was never allowed to talk to the manager as i wanted to complain about the collection team. Till today I havent recieved the copy of the bill nor any call from the esclation team manager. As im the legacy customer of Airtel service provider i asked them to send the bill to my residence address, its still not done. I want to complain about the collection team as they dont have manners to talk to the customers and they dont know what customer service is. they dont look into accountwhy i had not paid the billsso farbefore calling.
