I wish to bring in your kind notice that inspite of several reminders and warnings to Airtel customer Care in Chennai, those people are debiting various unknown charges from the balance of my prepaid mobile no. 98407 12808, even without subscribing to their any extra services and consent. I, humbly request you to take stern action against such fradulent acts and get those charges refunded to my balance.
