Non-attendance of request

I have submitted an application to Bharati Airtel Limited agent exclusively for Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited/Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Visakhapatnam (Sri Mahesh, his Mobile No.9989192411) to change airtel connection from corporate connection (Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited/Visakhapatnam Steel Plant) to my personal connection and also I opted plan change (rent Rs.199/-) in the 1st week of April, since I was retired from Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited/Visakhapatnam Steel Plant w.e.f. 31st March. So far the connection has not changed to my personal and my mobile 9989156536 connection also not changed to the opted plan (rent Rs.199/-). Sri Mahesh is not lefting his mobile (9989192411) even tried to speak with him several times. This you can find from my mobile calls. He is recklessly treating me. Summary of my complaint: 1. My mobile may kindly chage from corporate connection to personal. 2. My mobile connection shall change to opted one (rent Rs.199/-).
